1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.
We are working on expanding to international locations in the near future.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate or free shipping may apply based on promotional offers.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

  • You can use this information to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Recipient not available

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will initiate a replacement or refund process after verification.
