Introduction
Jack Sparrow Publishers is committed to publishing high-quality, double blinded peer-reviewed open journals across multidiscipline. To ensure a smooth quality review and publication process, authors are required to follow these guidelines when preparing their manuscripts.
Submission Policy
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work, not under review elsewhere.
Submissions should be made electronically through the Journal Submission Portal or by email to the respective journal editorial office.
By submitting, authors confirm compliance with the Copyright & Plagiarism Policy of Jack Sparrow Publishers.
Manuscript Preparation
General Formatting
File Template Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (with PDF).
Paper size: A4.
Margins: 25 mm on all sides.
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size.
Line spacing: 1.5.
Paragraphs: Justified alignment, avoid tabs.
Structure of the Manuscript
A standard research article should include:
Title Page
Title (concise, descriptive, ≤20 words)
Author(s) full name(s) and affiliation(s)
Corresponding author email and ORCID (if available)
Figures, Tables, and Equations
Figures: Submit high-resolution images (≥300 dpi) in JPEG/PNG/TIFF.
Tables: Number sequentially, provide descriptive titles.
Equations: Use equation editor, number them consistently (Eq. 1, Eq. 2).
Ensure all figures/tables are cited in the text.
References and Citation Style
Authors must use the citation style prescribed by the journal (APA, IEEE, or others).
All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list.
Include DOIs or URLs where available.

Ethical Standards
All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using iThenticate/Turnitin.
Authors must declare conflicts of interest and funding sources.
Human or animal studies must include an Ethics Committee approval statement.
Duplicate submission or unethical practices will result in rejection.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
At least two expert reviewers evaluate originality, technical quality, clarity, and contribution.

Copyright and Licensing
Authors must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) or Licence to Publish form.
For Open Access journals, articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC-BY or CC-BY-SA-NA) licence.
Authors retain moral rights to their work.
Publication Charges
Some journals may apply Article Processing Charges (APCs) for Open Access publishing.
Fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of acceptance.
Waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries.
Post-Acceptance and Publication
Accepted manuscripts will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and proofing.
Authors will receive proofs for minor corrections only.
