Paper Publication Guidelines for Authors
At Jack Sparrow Publishers, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing. Authors are requested to follow the below guidelines carefully to ensure smooth submission, peer review, and publication of their research work.


Title Page (Title, Authors, Affiliations, Corresponding Author details), : Full names of all authors, their affiliations, and Provide ORCID ID and institutional affiliation for all authors (if available).Corresponding author’s email address. Title of the paper (concise,
informative).
Abstract (150–250 words): Maximum 250 words. Should summarize the objective, methods, results, and conclusion.
Keywords : 4–6 relevant keywords provided below the abstract.
Introduction: Background, objectives, significance of the study.
Literature Review / Background
Research Methodology: Clear explanation of methods, materials, tools, or datasets.
Related Work
Exiting System
Proposed System
Results & Discussion: Present findings with tables/figures and interpret them.
Conclusion and Future Work : Key insights, implications, and possible future scope.
Acknowledgments (if any)
References : Use IEEE / APA / Chicago style (as per the journal’s requirement). Ensure all in-text citations match the reference list.
Data Availability Statements
Declaration: Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, and Disclose the shared work Progress.


General Requirements: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions should be written in English with clarity and proper grammar. Papers should contribute significantly to the
existing body of knowledge. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and will lead to rejection.
Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.
Length: Typically, 4,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
Font & Style: Times New Roman / Palatino Linotype, 10 pt, 1.0 spacing.
Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
Figures, Tables and Illustrations: It should be numbered, captioned, and cited in the text. Equations should be numbered sequentially. All figures and tables must be numbered, titled, and cited in the text. Images should be in high resolution (300 dpi minimum). Authors must ensure originality or provide permissions for reproduced content.

Each submission will undergo *Double Blinded Peer Review*.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.


All submissions undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review.
Review process duration: 4–6 weeks.
Accepted manuscripts will be copyedited and proofread before publication.
Authors will receive galley proofs for final
corrections.
Reviewers evaluate based on originality, methodology, clarity, contribution, and relevance.
Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer comments.


Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
Research involving humans or animals must follow ethical standards and include approval statements.
Proper credit must be given for reproduced
or adapted material.
Data fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
Open Access option may be available (depending on journal policy).


Plagiarism above 10–15% will not be accepted.
Authors are responsible for ensuring proper citations and acknowledgments.


Fee details will be communicated after acceptance.


Authors will receive a PDF proof for final corrections.
Published articles will be indexed in relevant databases and repositories.
Authors are encouraged to share their published work on academic networks.
